We had a lovely stay here! The location was stunning, facing the riverside and walking distance to popular tourist spots like the Tate and Millennium Wheel. We were impressed with the level of service, from the room service to the friendliness of the staff on shift. The hotel was well-equipped with amenities like a fitness centre, free toiletries and an in-room breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival.

The location was magnificent for London, just next door to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey as well as gift of mince pies left on Christmas morning.

The hotel is simply stunning with very hospitable personnel on shift. The double room overlooks the river and includes coffee & tea makers and refrigerators. The property is on a particularly good location next to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Would recommend to stay here.

The location for London was good and incredible, adjacent to 10 restaurants as well as Westminster and Trafalgar Square for the theatre. The stuff was very hospitable, lovely friendly with every request.

In overall, the place is brilliant, has brilliant stuff with great customer service. It has awesome and marvellous location to everything that we wanted to do. The rooftop restaurant at the top floor is what you need.

nicely appointed hip new hotel with good value, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. thoroughly enjoyed a nespresso machine and a balcony in the room. location: the property was just next door to most sightseeing, tube stations, bus routes and the clipper river ferry, and westminster and trafalgar square for the theatre. the lunch in mick darnalds short walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable.
